Ross was raised in a family and community of Holocaust survivors, surrounded by stories of resilience, fortitude, and survival. His mother was born in a displaced persons camp in Germany after World War II, the daughter of parents who had just endured the Holocaust. Their strength in rebuilding their lives from unimaginable loss left a profound impact on Ross, shaping his unwavering commitment to defending Israel and combating the rising tides of antisemitism and anti-Zionism in the U.S. He sees this fight not just as a duty, but as a continuation of the resilience passed down through generations.
Born and raised in Ohio, Ross embodied the spirit of an All-American kid, with a love for baseball, wrestling, and most of all, football. At just 14 years old, he faced a life-altering challenge—open-heart surgery. Instead of letting this define him, Ross turned adversity into fuel, pushing himself to new heights. With unwavering determination, he returned to the football field at Beachwood High School, where his mentor, Coach Joe Perella (watch here), instilled in him a fearless mindset, resilience, and leadership skills—values that continue to guide him today.

He firmly believes that food is one of the most powerful tools for cultural exchange, healing, and unity—a universal language that transcends borders and brings people together.

He brings a relentless drive, sharpened by both successes and failures, to every endeavor. His expertise spans multiple industries—fashion, beauty, food, pharma, and cannabis—where he has created, scaled, and transformed businesses through bold strategies, creative thinking and innovative execution.

Ross’s journey began while still in university, where he spent two years working for an apparel manufacturer and wholesaler, immersing himself in every facet of the business—from design and production to sales and distribution. During his senior year and for two years post- graduation, he honed his skills in event marketing, sponsorships, and promotions while working for a group of radio and TV stations.
Fueled by ambition, Ross left Cleveland for New York City with no job lined up, driven solely by his passion and belief in his abilities. He quickly secured an opportunity at a PR firm
specializing in media strategy for Fortune 1000 companies. There, he gained deep expertise in traditional and clandestine PR services, including crisis management, media advisory, monitoring, and narrative control—skills that would later set him apart in his entrepreneurial journey.

From there, Ross moved on to a startup software solutions company, pioneering digital imaging services in New York’s Garment District. At Image Info, he was a business development executive, passionately selling enterprise software solutions to global brands such as Guess, Chanel, and Hugo Boss. He was also part of the first-ever digital photography coverage at 7th on 6th, New York’s preeminent Fashion Week event, where the world’s largest designers showcased their collections. This experience was transformative, giving Ross firsthand exposure to the intersection of technology, fashion, and innovation—a foundation that would fuel his future success in branding and digital media.
Ross’s defining career moment came as the Founder & CEO of iNDELIBLE Media Corp, a powerhouse boutique agency that redefined digital marketing for over 15 years. Under his leadership, iNDELIBLE became a leading force in digital branding, content production, and digital innovation, serving top-tier clients such as MAC Cosmetics, CHANEL, Kmart, Allergan, Playboy, Sony, and hundreds of other global brands. The agency expanded into an 85+ person team, with headquarters in New York City, a content production studio in Los Angeles, and a Paris office dedicated to European projects.
